I am working on my motivation almost daily. I know what I want to achieve and how to do it. But I seem to give in whenever there is temptations. Fore example, I want to get fit. I know i need to eat right and workout, But quite often I will slip up with eating healthy. Or do not manage to go to the gym.
I sabotage myself so much. Luckily I have gym buddies, who make me try harder. Maybe even push myself harder.
