I am proud to say I have done my workout for the day. Nothing too hard, but still 30 minutes and lost 281,5 kcal. Also did some situps and squats. So pretty happy right now.
I only wish I could get motivation to do other things also, like painting, cleaning my room. I still haven’t finished that painting I posted about. But hey maybe soon.
Talked to my friend today and we made plans to go to this yoga thing next week. So next thursday I will go to this class called Infra Power. I will let you know how it went.
